Sullivan Painting Service is an Accredited PCA contractor and closely follows all of the PCA Standards. Sullivan Painting has been PCA members for 23 years and was awarded Contractor of the Year for 2013. Kevin Sullivan was the past 2012-2014 President of WA State PCA and past 2015 -2017 National Painting and Decorating Contractors Western Region Director.

At a chamber social I asked a friend if he had a recommendation for a commercial painter. He responded with the name of Kevin Sullivan - another friend overheard the answer and added his name to my short list of satisfied customers. Now, I'm adding my name. One of my friends invited me to dinner at their home at the Tacoma Country and Golf Club. I fell in love with their multi-colored bathroom. It looked so joyful and fun. The painting firm was Sullivan Painting Service owned by Kevin Sullivan. Kevin is easy to talk with, asks the right questions and besides knowing the answer follows through with excellent work.

I met Kevin Sullivan, Owner when he was measuring my office to quote a job for my employer at the time. I was in the process of purchasing a house in need of exterior paint at the time and asked him to come out and quote the work, which he did. We got busy and didn't get around to having them actually do the work until two years later. But when they did, I was thoroughly impressed. Kevin's quote was detailed and fair. Their contract clearly laid out what work they would perform, and what responsibilities fell on me as the customer (which was virtually nothing). When the crew showed up, they were

Kevin Sullivan was horrible to work with. He blames the customer for mistakes his crew makes and does not manage his workload well. His contract is terribly slanted in his favor and he is unwilling to compromise. He quit mid way through the job and did not refund any of my deposit. Do NOT give him any money up front he isn't honest.
