The Patriot Energy Team was very professional. The crew was punctual and did so much for my home. Installing new smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. New Energy saving light bulbs. They checked the water heater and boiler, also made sure there wasn't any gas leak. Not forgetting the installation to keep the house warmer.

Over the phone they are very nice. Last minute appointments were the only ones scheduled. The crew is unprofessional, work that was done looked like I had to get it redone. Poor speckling, the insulation they put in the attic looks like a big gerbil cage with loose bedding. many appointments set up by the field supervisor were never kept because of poor communication with the office. Wasted days waiting for them to never arrive. Please use another company. They came back to fix but by then first impression of the company is not good

Had lots of problems. Had contracted for a new roof and solar panels. When they came to install the panels, they started installing them on the wrong side of the house. We stopped them only after they had installed some of the mounting brackets ( which they then removed). A few weeks later had a leak develop that damaged my kitchen ceiling. Took over a month to get them to arrange for a repair.

The administrative staff, particularly Susan and Ann Marie, were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous and remained dedicated ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
The field technicians Enrique, 'Marley' and entire team were absolutely amazing - punctual, friendly, very respectful, and worked steadily despite the heavy downpour. Their specialized skills just complimented each other, and the incredible level of team work and high spirits was just exemplary.
To sum it up - AWESOME!

Extremely professional and courteous. They insulated my exterior walls, attic, all doors and windows. They tarped off each room they worked in and cleaned up after each installation. They work with NYSERDA to provide grants for a reduced price or in many cases at no cost to the home owner. I have recommended them to friends and family and they are also very happy with their service.

I am very blessed to have been afforded the privilege to participate in this program and more so to see how much was done without costing me a dime. All my outer walls were insulated, energy saving bulbs were installed, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detectors installed, boiler,
hot water and dryer checked. A gas leak was detected with my dryer and it was taken care of and windows were sealed. A brand new refrigerator was also in the package..
