With over 30 years in business, South Coast Glass has the experience you need when it comes to dealing with showers and other glass products. Our fabrication and installation teams have over 15 years experience and have been rigorously trained to provide our customers with beautiful workmanship on every project.
The 90 degree frameless shower is one of our specialty showers that we helped engineer in our pursuit for maximum glass area and a minimal amount of metal hardware so you can enjoy a cleaner looking shower rather than the the bulk and ugly old framed style doors. Our 90 degree showers use a series of micro-clips on the fixed panels to ensure stability of the unit and also work to not spoil the clean look of the frameless enclosure.
The Dual Slide Shower is the newest addition to our line of frameless sliding shower doors. It features a double sliding door makeup on a square bar with thick, precision cut safety tempered glass with bright machine polished edges. In addition to the new system we have also added special polycarbonate seals to ensure more water tightness and for a tighter close on each side of the shower.
Here at South Coast Glass we only use the highest quality mirror made here in America with prime grade silver backing in order to offer our customers a top of the line beautiful mirror that will stand the test of time. We also treat the edges of our mirrors with a special mirror edge sealant for extra protection against water damage and black edging to ensure a long life of our products.
Our Frame less Mirrored Wardrobe Doors are a beautiful addition for any room. Our sets of mirrored closet doors use a low profile header, all stainless material to keep the material nice for the lifetime of the unit, and also high quality rollers. Mirrored doors can come standard either beveled or non-beveled and come in a variety of finishes for the hardware.

Here's our experience:
Rod, at South Coast Glass, was helpful and wonderful up until, our contractor stalled us, and then despite providing our credit card for the 50% due, their accounting department did NOT charge us when they came to measure. We were busy, and did not notice, and Rod texted me (I am very timely and respond within hours, at most 24h) due to my busy work and managing the construction schedule. Literally the next day, we receive a notice of a LIEN on our property for the $3K for a small shower glass door! I'd already messaged that we would get him the credit card

I had an Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish dealing with South Coast Glass! These guys were the real deal when it came to helping me with my project and getting my sliding shower door and mirrors done quick for my project in Carlsbad! I spoke with Rod who was able to quote me within minutes of my project and then dealt with Shawn at my home and in their shop who helped guide me to get exactly what I wanted. Ron helped me finish a custom steam room we put in with a custom glass door to complete the project. He even stopped what he was doing and personally helped me get the door in my truck to make sure it was secure and explained his recommended way to install. Just small kind gestures, but I appreciate these types of minor details in a company. A successful business often reflects its owners and team who work to build and grow it together! I've used South Coast Glass for two jobs now and am amazed about how wonderful they are to work with. In both cases, Shawn listened to what I wanted, gave me excellent recommendations, and now I could not be happier with the results. He not only delivered a superior product quickly at a reasonable price, he was easy to work with and made me feel like my job was the most important job he had (even though I know it wasn't). Have lived in this area for a year and loving this area and I refinished 2 end tables and called Jason at South Bay Glass and within days had 4 custom pieces of glass made perfectly for these tables. Not only was this done perfectly but to deal with a business that really values their customer with respect and kindness. I needed a couple of doors re-screened. South Coast provided a prompt response with a very reasonable price quote. We opted to deliver the screens to the business to speed up the work. They were in the middle of moving to a new location but still had then done by the next day. They turned out great! I would highly recommend them.

Top notch service from beginning to end. I requested a quote here on Yelp and Shane replied within a few minutes. Shawn came out to measure and after talking for a few minutes, it was apparent that they were trying to sell me what was best for our situation, NOT what had the highest price. They installed within the week, and followed up to make sure everything was smooth; and the shower looks beautiful! I work for a local landscape contractor who has been a 5 star rated company for over 30 years and they treated us very poorly. We called to get a quote for the installation of a outdoor glass property line wall, and he not only quoted us $350-$400 per linear foot, almost triple the industry standard but he wanted to charge us $180 for coming out to our project for a “measurement consultation”. This is a very low brow move as we already have the measurements (which I provided to him). We have been in the landscape construction industry for over three decades and we NEVER have had a company charge

South coast glass is wonderful. I went to or called 4 different glass shops just to custom cut some 3/8 shelf glass I owned for a curio cabinet. Everyone I called either didn't want to take the time, said it would take 3 days, or quoted ridiculous prices. I was ready to give up when I called south coast and got the owner Rod. Rod said he'd call his business partner Shawn who was getting ready to leave the shop and would be able to cut my glass while I waited. I drove right over and within half an hour Shawn hand cut, ground, cleaned and professionally packaged my glass shelves then loaded

We used South Coast Glass to repair a very large and very broken double pane sliding window. All the people we worked with during this repair were knowledgeable and took the time to communicate with us. Francisco and Jose were fast and efficient and their work is top quality. This place came highly recommended by my good friend, and I can see why. When I called, I received great customer service from Shane, who set up my appointment to have a piece of glass cut for my China Cabinet. On the day of my appointment, I received a reminder call as promised. When I got to the shop, the owner, Shawn, cut my piece of glass and carried it out to my car for me. It was a perfect fit and I couldn't be happier. I noticed some beautiful and unique shower doors while I was waiting, and will definitely be back when we redo our bathrooms in the near future.
