They damaged walls leading to the room the seams are horrible. The installers left without saying a word knowing it was not a good installation and the Damge the caused. Someone came out to inspect from Lima’s haven’t heard anything for two weeks. I tried calling and leaving voicemails they said they are having issues with their phones…. Really!

We have spent a significant amount of money at Lomas since we bought our new home 10 years ago. We recently added hardwood flooring to our master bedroom of the same width but slightly different shade since original flooring was no longer available. We expected the new flooring to be lined up with the existing floor which did not happen. We have made three attempts to correct this issue. We received one customer service visit but the explanation given was viewed as an excuse intended to avoid the cost of doing it correctly. We then made two other visits to the store . I went to Roy Lomas for flooring for my kitchen .l could not believe the amount of different types of flooring there was, it was so hard to choose .the sales women Renee Wied was so helpful so friendly and great to work with a professional and positive sales women.. The day came for installation by Dave Hagan what a job he did by himself I couldn’t believe it . His professional workmanship experience and respect for his work and customer showed in the final result. The flooring is beautiful and awesome a great job by all Thanks Roy Lomas

I want to clarify that this review is long overdue. I had forgotten to write it until recently when additional problems from my Roy Lomas installation surfaced – an imperfect tile missed during the install has begun to crack, and it brought up all the memories of how bad the installation experience was. We were remodeling our kitchen and bathroom and purchased tiles, grout, shoe molding and base cove along with the professional installation to replace vinyl flooring.

Great place, great ppl, great deals! Only place I go for my flooring needs. So nice when picking up material to not have to wait in a line. Warehouse guys get your name and normally leaving in 10 mins unlike big box stores where your in line for 15mins another 20 mins for them to find your order and another 20 for them to help you load. Another nice thing they check the order in front of you and answer any questions! Nice to see people who actually care!
