We provide a comprehensive set of engineered construction drawings including site, floor, elevation, and framing plans. Our relationships with local craftsmen who exclusively use the best materials ensure the highest quality construction. Exteriors include such finishing touches as saltwater spas, natural stone masonry walls and steps, as well as fire pits, patios, and all other landscape needs.

Ask around and do your homework before you think about hiring this person. He will tell you all the great things he can do and provide, and disappoint you at every turn. Have met several clients(atleast 10) who are so angry and dissatisfied with his performance. No integrity. Please do your research. So many other better , honest builders. Also not an architect!!

Tom designed and built our retirement home on the Cape and his team of craftsmen are second to none. The custom built cabinetry and bookshelves in the library came out beyond expectation. The landscaping
is wonderful. He handled all aspects of the teardown and rebuild. His decades of experience in building in the community truly show through his work.
