Disappointed. Was initially very excited to have these builders who I considered to have excellent customer service and a great reputation entertain a project in renovating my front entryway. Initial contact did not call back nor did he show up as promised to meet with me on the project. I called the office coordinator who said the rep was very busy, but agreed he should have at least followed through on a visit. She then relayed to the representative that I was awaiting his visit. When he finally did a site visit, he said he would turn around a design and an estimate immediately. That was a few
