This company gives a great sales pitch and does not deliver. They finally got our solar panels installed, they have most of the $33,000 payment, however, we still do not have solar power. They dropped the ball on getting the city inspection, as they dropped the ball on getting the original permit. Our roof is still torn up, they don't return calls, and we have no idea when this project will be complete.

This company installed solar in our home. I discovered from my SDG&E bill which trues up annually, that I had not generated any electricity for over a year. I have been trying to contact Solar Tec for the past 4 days in a row...both calling and email. Absolutely no response. Is this the way to run a company? Our solar cost over $16K and I would expect customer service when needed. I had to hire an electrician to take a look at it and it looks like the inverter is malfunctioning or needs to be replaced. I would never recommend this company for your solar needs. The others who have written negative
