Hi seriously needed to refresh so I looked out to get my carpets clean. I had a couple of pet stains that I couldn't get out with my own machine, A lot of small spots and some traffic marks coming into the living room. I found this company here on yelp and all the good reviews and I called jim and he came out within a few days. My carpets look fantastic. The stains are gone. He even got rid of the Pen marks that my cousins two-year-old left behind on my couch. He was fair and honest and I will definitely be using his services again.

Had a great experience! Made an appointment with Jim and he was at my house within a week of calling. Very happy with how my carpets turned out, they look sparkling white! Jim was very professional and took his time. He was very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and used green ingredients, as I have multiple pets. I will be calling Jim next year for another refresh! Highly recommend!!!

Man what a fantastic job Lustre Clean did in my house. Jim was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Very high level of attention to detail. Heavily soiled carpet and tile/grout were no match for his expertise. He took his time to make sure the job was done right and explain the process to me. Even answered all of my questions about product usage to prevent future stains. Can’t recommend Lustre Clean enough! Don’t waste your time with the big, corporate cleaning companies. You won’t find the same level of personal service and attention to detail like Lustre Clean provides.

Outstanding Service & Professionalism! Extremely thorough and careful of items, walls, etc. as cleaning. Carpets Cleaned throughout 2-story condo (well worn and pet stained from prior owners), but results are amazing! You could "shop around," but I highly doubt you will ever find the same quality of work and dedication to excellence!

Moving out can be an adventure. Moving trucks, auto haulers, and one way flights are difficult enough to schedule, let alone a professional carpet cleaner
We scheduled the moving truck and auto hauler on Friday. We had to leave our home for the airport at 1pm on Saturday. There was no room for delays .
When I called to schedule the clean, I explained my scheduling predicament. He was understanding, very accommodating, and showed up right on time that morning!
Not only did Jim bring back the carpet to where it was 5 years ago when we moved in, but his price was super competitive!

Jim was great to work with for our carpet cleaning (including installed carpet and area rugs). He fit us in to his schedule on short notice, was prompt, worked hard to exceed our expectations, and offered helpful hints for future carpet maintenance. Bought my house beginning of May and after moving in, the carpet was nearly ruined with stains from the move and previous owner. I set up an appointment and had him come out. He did a fantastic job and the price was very reasonable!! Would happy recommend to my friends and anyone I know who needs their carpet cleaned.

Jimmy does a fantastic job. We had deep stains in our carpet in a high traffic area in our family room. I didn't think they would come out and we had actually gotten bids to replace it. Jimmy worked on it for over an hour and they proved me wrong. The carpet looks brand new and I (and more importantly) my wife are thrilled with the results. On time, reasonably priced and left without a trace. We couldn't be happier with Lustre Clean. Thanks guys!
