Everyone at Allstate Roofing was customer oriented and did their job with perfection. The owner, job estimator and office staff were all friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel like my job was important to them. The crew foreman and crew all knew their jobs well, worked hard, stayed on schedule and did a great job of clean up. It was a pleasure to have Allstate replace our hail-damaged shingled roof.

Allstate proved to be an exceptional company to work with. From the start with Larry Owens who came out to do the original inspection and give me a quote. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. It is what actually sold me, that he was so thorough. Once the crew arrived to replace the roof, they were efficient, and done within a few days. Cleanup was immaculate! I had questions about a certain area of the roof that connected to the porch and the owner (Jim) personally called and explained, in detail, the possibilities and options we had for ease of installation. He then agreed to repair the area

I had an insurance claim that resulted in a roof replacement. The entire team is AMAZING! Larry Owens made was the first point of contact. He got everything set up with the insurance and continued to check on the progress throughout the entire job! Rose is a pro when it comes to dealing with the claims department. She is very thorough! Impeccable work . All the way from fighting for us to get a new roof, to Alex and his team fixing and completing our roof. Allstate Roofing replaced our homes roof 4 ½ years ago. Our home was a 7-year-old custom home built when Allstate installed the roof due to hail damage. We have lost endless days waiting for no shows on scheduled repairs as well as actual repairs to virtually every room in our home from the more than 25 leaks/repairs since installation as the result of Allstate’s roof installation. Since the roof was installed Mr. Horner, Allstate Roofing owner has told me that he would not fix anything unless it’s leaking and this is what it looks like. The warranty will be up in June 2019.
