We had our Lift Pump got out on our Septic - it was full to the top. Called Ken and he was so helpful, he prepared me on the price and maybe the possible out come. He was more than fair on his prices (weekend call). He looked at it, gave us some great advice on what we should do to avoid water from getting in our tank and making a man hole on the out lid. He removed the BAD pump - installed the new pump and it was quick. Great person Ken, he is also very fair. Thank you Ken for your help on our holiday weekend.

Our septic backed up late Sunday night. I called Atomic first thing Monday morning expecting to not get an appointment for a couple days coming off the weekend. They told me no problem & someone would be there before lunch. Not even an hour later they arrived and took care of our problem as we had a blockage. I was very impressed with Alec and his professionalism and prompt service. I hope to not ever need them again but will only use Atomic in the future and 100% recommend them to anyone.

Good honest and hard-working. These are the things I expect when I have someone tend to my home. The guys and gals at Atomic were awesome. They had a new drainfield installed in 2 days working throughout the pouring rain. I felt as if they took the same sense of pride as if it were their own home. My septic alarm started going off at 2pm on Sunday. I gave them a call and they were here exactly when they said they would the very next day and had a new pump installed as well as the tank pumped out and were done by noon. Great service and cleaned up when they were done. Will definelty use them again next time a septic issue arises.

The workers came out and installed the new septic system in approximately 3 hours and returned the next day and filled in the trench in about an hour so the entire project was completed very quickly. They quoted us a fair price and didn't hit us with any surprise fees or other charges either. Only time and use will indicate how good the new system is but we have no reason to think it won't perform as it should. As a customer we are very satisfied with Atomic's performance. Thank you, Atomic for fixing our septic system issues!

The guys from Atomic Septic were able to come out to my house for a same-day service and had me back up and running in less than an hour. They were upfront about pricing and gave me updates throughout the process. They cleaned up the yard afterwards and were just generally great to work with. I would definitely call them again if anything comes up.

Just 6 months ago I had my septic emptied with Atomic, and now had it emptied again, wow!!! It’s just my wife and I living in my house. The septic service I used now opened both ends, went above and beyond, cleaned my filter, and sealed the sides of the concrete entry ways to avoid rain water to enter. Thanks for nothing Atomic 👎👎

Called Atomic about my 50 year old septic system draining very slowly if at all. They came right out and pumped the tank to get me going and scheduled a replacement the next week. Their bid was very reasonable and they showed up as promised and got the job done. They were professional and courteous and very respectful of our property. Great job and I would definitely recommend them.

DO NOT USE!!! Missed a whole day of work waiting for them to show up. Gave me two different times for someone to show up and then call me an hour before they close to tell me they can't make it. Unprofessional and office staff is RUDE. Will never ever use them again. Called WILLIAM DUSTIN SEPTIC and they came out in less than 30 minutes and fixed the issue in no time. I highly reccomend WILLIAM DUSTIN SEPTIC. DO NOT USE ATOMIC!!!

If the owner's picture could speak more clearly, it could not better describe his disdain for people who ask him to simply do what he says he will do to get people to hire him and his two sons. Best thing would be to use any other service than this one.

I contract this company to do work for me he asked for money down and I gave him $3300.00 to start the job. After calling him for a few months and get thing all kinds of excuses why he had not started my job he just stopped answering my calls. I went to the BBB and filed a complaint but he never answered them. I took him to court but he never showed up and they put a judgment on him for the $3300.00 plus the cost for me to take this to court but that is no good if since I did not get anything as of yet and he is out there still doing business. He is a very dishonest person. Who in good conscious
