I had to get 3 quotes for my landlord. Economy Septic were by the cheapest. They came out the next day cleaned out the tank, they waited for the the permit and came out the same day it arrived to fix the drain field. How fast and professional. Even though I was freaking out at first on how much they had to dig up by the end of it, it was all neat and tidy.

Excellent service, competitive pricing, and superior response time during a torrential rainy week. Needless to say, ur septic had issues, we called more than one company choosing Economy. They sent initial response team with pump truck who arrived just as a tropical wave hit, yet they performed with great attitude. Within one,week we had eval, county inspection, and all repairs needed to our system completed. Job well done. Thank you.

I was really surprised to read the negative reviews about Economy Septic and felt I should post my experience. I don't know what happened with the others who had a negative experience, but my husband and I thought the company did a fantastic job, was very responsive & kind, and competitively priced. They just replaced our drainfield and repaired the broken sprinkler pipes and leveled our yard--was more level after than it was previously. We were impressed and would recommend based on our experience.

I wish I didn't even have to give one star. This company has HORRIBLE customer service. They make appointments, and don't show up for them. Additionally, they "said" that they went by my house (I wasn't home, I authorized the visit) to find my septic tank and stated they couldn't find it. Called another company, who found it within minutes of being on my property. Still waiting for them to call me back from 3 weeks ago! - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE PEOPLE!! There are countless other septic companies out there that are customer service oriented, and would love your business!

Original service was quick and responsive to replace our failed drain field. Five years later when the drain field they installed failed, I got nothing but a run around and poor interpersonal skills mostly from the operator? . The tech s came out twice in one year and both times I got a different excuse and I still had to pay the $175 septic tank drain fee. When I called for the third time in one year and asked for the owner I got the run around again with a very rude conversation from the operator. Not once did they ever apologize for the problem that I was experiencing or did they ever even offer
