Technician visited my house on 01/14/22 for repairing Heat Pump which was blowing 3amp fuses on control card. He told me that my blower motor and defrost valve are bad and my heat pump wiring is not correct and he assured me to send me estimate of this repairing on 01/17/22.
He never sent me estimate.
I repaired this unit with only a 3amp fuse replace. There was not said fault with blower motor or defrost valve.
He charged visit charge without any correct diagnostic.
Will never go back to them

Our upstairs furnace failed after 27 years and Jake from Hammocks promptly came out and inspected both the upstairs and downstairs units. He worked up a reasonable estimate for both units and scheduled an installation for two new units on the following Saturday. Two installers, Giovani and Jose, showed up at 9:30 am and installed the two new furnaces. They were very professional and had my new units installed and running by 1pm. Best service ever! Our service tech was Alex Thomas who did an outstanding job. I called the day before Thanksgiving and they were here quickly. Alex was quick, efficient, professional, extremely expert. We used to call another HVAC co, but thanks to Alex we'll be using Hammock's exclusively going forward. I used to be so impressed with this company... The technicians were usually pretty good...

THE GOOD: I had a problem that was pretty EPIC with my AC unit. Some of it was caused by Hammocks, and some of it was caused by my builder-installer. All of these problems stacked up into a major issue, that had me thinking I needed a new system. I finally got their ACE Tech, who spent 5-6 Hours working on my system, and got all of the individual problems resolved.

THE BAD: There was one time when I had one of their TECHS out here to troubleshoot the above problem, and they told me my coils needed cleaning

We have used Hammock's for many years. They always do an excellent job. This job was a complete HVAC install. The lead tech was Giovanni, and the other tech was Jose. They were both well trained, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. So, can only give them and Hammock's as a company a strong recommendation. Will definitely continues to used them.

I called Hammock's AC late Tuesday afternoon. Krystal set up an appointment for Fred to come by my house the next morning at 8:30 am to give me an estimate of cost to replace my heating and air-conditioning unit. At 11:30 am, the same day, a crew arrived to take out the old unit and replace it with a new unit. We had an outstanding team of technicians, consisting of Matt, Bryan, John & Nate. They were professional, courteous, friendly, and extremely hard working.They took great pride in their work. I would highly recommend Hammock's AC to anyone who needs help with their heating and air-conditioning

Had an appointment scheduled Monday from 10 to 2. Never showed, no call. I called at 445 and they rescheduled to Tuesday 10 to 2. Never showed, only called after I called after 2. It's now 5 and apparently the technician is on the way. The dates and times were completely of their choosing and they couldn't make it or even call.

Even worse, my wife would have had the work done two weeks ago, during the initial service call, but the technician convinced her to delay because the cost of a new unit wouldn't be much more than the cost of the repair. Except the cost of the new unit was

Had a maintenance contract with Hammocks and was pleased. Upstairs AC was not cooling well so called them to send tech out to diagnose. Technician arrived next day, seemed confused by pressure readings on the unit and told us we needed a new compressor ($1700). Called another company and they cleaned outside coils and added one pound of freon - total bill $300 - unit has been working great. Second technician did say the unit we had can be tricky to read correctly. To Hammock's credit they called me immediately to get details, apologized and said they would retrain the tech. They told us they would be here in3 weeks for regular maintenance on a certain day between 10-2 pm. I called around 12 noon to see if they were still coming and I got a runaround that the time was changed without our knowledge from 1-5. Of course they came a after 5 ! People got lives! This company needs to take that into consideration! My husband took off work to wait...wont be using this company ever again! PS it wasn't the technicians fault- it was the office.

Honest people and straight forward answers. Me and my family have dealt with Hammocks in the past and wanted to see what the other company's had to offer. Let me tell you, there are a lot of shady people and companies out there in the HVAC industry. After a few off the wall quotes I went back to Hammocks! Outstanding customer service and very professional technicians (Jamie, Josh and Eric). Our aging furnace was being a little temperamental recently and they responded without delay to service the necessary repairs. All of the technicians were very personable and informative about the work they completed. They did not try to oversell equipment or additional services. So impressed with Hammocks quick response and customer service. I sent an online message to them 2 days ago and not only did I immediately receive an email back, they sent a follow up that night to see if I was able to resolve the issue myself (so I wouldn't waste money). The technician came out and was professional and kind. Fixed everything in less than 1 hour. Will be a loyal customer!

My husband and I are new to Atlanta. We just purchased a 1997 home and needed a professional maintenance and cleaning job done on the 17 year old HVAC units in the house. We hired Hammock's to do the job, during which it was brought to our attention that the HVAC units were very dirty - the previous original owners of the house had not maintained the units. Hammocks has been bombarding me with e-mails all of a sudden for a job they did for me Four years ago. I've decided to post it here.

In September of 2011, I landed a contract for a huge commercial job. HVAC was one part of it. We needed (3) 10,000 ton units for a chilled warehouse. I was referred to Hammock's by somebody I did business with. This job required an electrical source of of 480 volts. I got their bid, it was good. I called Hammocks to get my air charged. I had a coupon and checked the BBB for their rating, which was an A+, so I trusted they would be ok for the job. There were no reviews on yelp, but I was hopeful. When I called for an appointment I was given one the next day. My window was from 8-12. I called at 11:30 to make sure we were on the schedule. The man who answered the phone said our tech was 45 minutes out. In 45 minutes, the tech called and said he was about 45 minutes away. The tech arrived around 1:00.
