1. Did not want to wear a mask in my home.
2. Lied about rodents in my attic on next trip to get back at me.
3. Left my heating unit disassembled and did not fix the problem.
4. Tried and failed to get my claim denied.
The first time they came out the technician claimed he has a health problem and could not wear a mask so I asked them to leave. After two weeks the home warranty company had the same two technicians come to my home, this time the older guy wore a mask and was able to climb my stairs and the ladder to the attic. Next he literally took parts and disconnected wires from my unit and

Larry and his crew are literal life savers. He came to reinsulate my ductwork and found that nothing was installed properly or to code. Three days later (including a weekend) I had a totally new HVAC system from top to bottom. New ductwork, heater, a/c, even vent covers! He even worked with my warranty company (they're worthless) and homeowners insurance (they're wonderful). I truly feel blessed that I found this company. Honest, dependable and paid half of what I was expecting to!
