After inspection if my HVAC system for no heat technician claimed system had to be replaced due to lightning strike. Also advised not to contact my insurance company because it was an act of God. Estimated $8,000.00 To replace system. Contacted my insurance company who said I would be covered and they would send an adjuster to inspect the system and pressured me to replace the system ASAP. Meantime I decided to have another company check. Called Rain Water heating and air problem was burned out heater switch replaced for $79.00!!!! System working perfectly. Jeremy answered our call promptly for the service call for repair for our heating system. He came when he said he would and called to let us know when he would be here. He was very professional and diagnosed the problem, went and got the part and has us heating again in short order. Jeremy is an asset to your business. Also when he came out to service our system in the fall he sold us the exclusive membership program which came in handy.

We had Cochran install our new Heating and AC units over the summer. From the sales department to the installers everyone was professional and we are glad we got our HVAC systems upgraded. They even came out on a Saturday to do the install which was great, we didn't have to take off work. There were a few bumps along the way, there was an issue with the condensate line and one of the exhaust vents. Mike had come out to the house to make sure everything was corrected. That seems to be their main goal. In today's world it is tough to be sure how you'll be treated after the sale. Mike is top notch

I've been dissatisfied with this company from day one. I must say, the technicians are very nice and they come to work but the communication is the absolute WORST! Day one of getting a walkthrough for a quote I was told that I would be emailed a quote within 45 minutes. That did not happen, I actually had to keep calling and harassing them to get it and received it the next evening. I was then told that I would be scheduled for an appt on 10/4 but it never was confirmed. I called to confirm and was told my appt was in fact 10/5 because they needed to order a part. No one felt the need to contact

The salesperson, Dan, was very knowledgeable and made some good suggestions to improve the efficiency of my systems. The installer, Mike definitely went beyond to make sure everything was properly installed. He was meticulous about his work and making sure the installations were completed correctly. He really takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile for the customer. He displays great work ethics and qualities.

I can't recommend this company enough!! Outstanding customer service and great prices to boot. They made a minor mistake in my initial install that I would have never noticed and came back later to completely remove and reinstall the system. Wow!
We even had a minor issue with our thermostat months later and they came out within an hour of calling to troubleshoot. Incredible!!

We recently had both the upstairs and downstairs AC/Heating units replaced on 18 year old systems, as well as re-ducted the basement for future renovations. We interviewed 4 vendors and Cochran Complete was an easy choice. Extremely professional from the first visit, Jason helped us map out the best course of action to get the results we wanted with the budget that we had. He was the first vendor to deliver a quote and the only one that custom tailored the packages to meet the needs for each floor. Everyone else either didn't respond or sent a generic quote.

Needed a estimate for a new A/C unit, so Jimmy was the first person I met and he was very nice, knowledgeable, professional, pays close attention to details and explained the install with no pressure. He also emailed me the estimate before he left my house. The install techs Troy & Zack were awesome. I could tell right away that Troy has been doing this for a long time, they were professional, punctual, personable and did quality work and clean up. Next week they will be installing a electric hot water heater for me. Thanks guys.

Cochran offered the best deal between them and four other competitors. They installed both my first and second floor units. I was able to negotiate a smart thermostat for both floors. On installment day they came with two regular thermostats. One email and phone call solved the issue. I am very satisfied with Cochran's service and quality of work. However, there was one small issue. They didn't flush the pipe that runs from the attic for the AC condensation water. I called and a technician came the next day and resolved the issue. I can definitely recommend Cochran!

Excellent service! I had been getting the run around from my home warranty company regarding my HVAC system. Paid for another contractor to come out and install a brand new air handler all for my system to still blow warm air. Cochran Cooling & Heating sent Ramsey out to my house today. He thoroughly diagnosed my system and got my air to blow cold again. He was patient and detailed in his diagnosis, and was able to explain to me what was wrong with my system in verbiage that I understood. I finally have a/c after a month!!

Great service!!! He came out and diagnosed the problem within seconds! Even asked for permission before removing the van in the bathroom to get a better view of what was going on. And even though it was coming from the condominium above mine. He even went out of his way to take a picture of the leak & showed it to the person living above me so they could get the information from a non biased source. And know without a doubt it wasn't a leak coming from my plumbing. Will definitely use again!!!!!

I do not recommend Cochran Cooling & Heating. I bought a new HVAC and water heater from them. The day of installation was a nightmare.
What should have taken 5-6 hours actually took 10+ hours. The issues stemmed from the salesperson who apparently did not measure my existing hvac unit.
The one he recommended turned out to be larger in size and when the installers came they said the new unit was too large to fit and it would take a lot of extra parts in order to make it fit. Their first suggestion was to put in a smaller unit (at the same cost), which I refused because I wanted the unit I had

I just had Jamey and his team install a Rheem air condition unit. Before the purchase I was going through my Appliance warranty company to see if it was a good idea. They wanted to repair my old unit but something was telling me that was going to be short-lived. I had Jamey come through and he was very thorough with everything.
