I been using Pinnacle Air for years now. Customer Service is great and the technicians are reliable and on time. One of the a/c damper motors just recently stopped working and Jeremy did a temporary repair while the part was available, which it only took 2 days. Daniel came and took care of the repairs. Everything is working great. Thanks!

Pinnacle is a great company. I have used many hvac companies in my 30 plus year career as a property manager. Pinnacle is very responsive even after hours. I have had multiple instances of other companies saying we needed "a complete new system" and Pinnacle simply repairing the problem. I value their knowledge and honesty.

I have worked with Jonathan over the years, so when it was the middle of a hot summer and time to replace my AC, I knew who to call. He had Dan come out and survey the job to give me a reasonable quote and the installers, Alex and Nathan, were at my house 2 days later ready to do the job. They wore masks and foot protection in the house, which I found very respectful. They were professional and polite and didn't leave until everything was in working order. Then, when it came to payment, the amount stayed true to the quote given... no upcharges or hidden fees. Thank you so much for your professionalism

Had a wonderful experience with them! They provided a cheaper estimate than others and were out to replace our entire unit in less than 24 hours when other companies had give us a estimated time frame of 2+ weeks. They also made a recommendation on a more efficient unit to install after learning that we have spray foam insulation in the attic. … The men who came to install had lots of experience, and were professional and polite all day. They explained everything to me, and were meticulous about cleaning up after themselves. When removing the old unit they spilled some water on our tile
