Literally everything about this place is a big no. Then after reading the reviews we decided we would just go somewhere else. We haven’t had ac since two days before Christmas and it is now the 31st. They are never there, can’t get into contact either by phone. Two people recommended Radco, to show up at the front door and they would help and we have came different hours of the day to get a part for our ac unit and have been closed each and every time. Very disappointed and will gladly take my business somewhere else because apparently you guys don’t want business. Sad.

Rob came out with a helper to work on our air conditioner and I have to say they were both very professional, courteous, informative and kind. They took their time looking over everything on the unit and trying their best to possibly fix the problem and not have it cost us too much, but that unfortunately was not the way it turned out. So Rob went the extra mile and took it upon himself to give us the best deal possible and also throw in a few extra things at no charge to help out. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone and would like to thank Rob and his crew for a job well done

Outside unit quit working and called Radco. Showed up same day and 2 hours later after my call. Didn't have the part on hand had to order but in the meantime fixed it where it would work until the part come in two days later. Had no problems with the owner or tech. Very professional and knowledgeable! Definitely will be my air company from now on!

Rob came out in a pinch and fixed my ac system that’s over 10 years old. Had the parts ready to fix my system and even taught me about how my system works in the process. Had an issue with my garbage disposal and he fixed it for free while he was here. Seems trustworthy and very personable! Highly recommend.

Rob was on time and very professional. He took the time to go over everything that he was doing with my wife. Treated her like family and wasn't in a rush to get in and out. Then took the time to go over everything with me when I came in. True gentleman that values the customer over the quick turnover of jobs. Will be using him for some upgrades and highly recommend him for all your AC needs. Don't find workers like Rob very often so when you do keep them. They professionally and expertly installed a new HVAC system for me seven years ago and since then they have serviced and maintained the unit for me.
