I'm very disappointed with Millar Glass, I contacted them for a window installation service, after putting down a deposit, and they told me they don't have the part available for my window installation, they told me it will take up to 12 weeks for it to arrive, ok fair enough, well over 12 weeks have passed and i get told there has been some kind of delay and the parts should arrive the next month, A month later, i get told it was delayed again, and again... Its been now about 6 months, and i NEVER got a call from anybody, and every time i call them, they tell me to expect a phone call from someone

I had Miller Glass do my frameless shower enclosure a few years back and they did a great job, so I wanted to give them my business again with an issue I have on my French doors. I called, explained what I needed, got an appt scheduled for someone to come out and give me a quote. It was 3 weeks out, and while not ideal, I I know things are busy right now, so I was okay with that. The day of my before my scheduled appt, they called and said the person would be about 60 minutes late for my appt, was that okay, which I said sure. About an hour before my appt, they called and said something came up

Fixed my glass which is their job. But did it while I was at work and didn’t mind my dogs being out. So nice not to have to take a off work to meet them. Turned something stressful into not stressful with a phone call. Price was reasonable and took my card over the phone. Super easy and will use them in the future

The staff was friendly and informative and the showroom, though small, had enough variety to be helpful.
Of the 4 staff members I met in the show room, three, including the salesman who helped me, were not wearing masks. As a short, elderly woman, I kept worrying about his respiratory droplets falling on me.
I considered asking him to wear a mask or leaving the showroom. Masks are better at protecting other people than they are at protecting the wearer.
If it weren't for the mask problem I would have given them 4 stars.

Miller Glass is an awesome place to get all your glass needs. I'm an artist and I needed glass for specific projects, twice I called Miller and no matter the measurements they were able to get the job done within a reasonable time. This allowed my projects not to be late. I will say that this company is fast, reliable and great at what they do and the staff is super friendly.

Called for a quote on replacing a window. Rep came and measured...then never sent a quote. Called and left word for a return call. Never happened. Called a second time a month after the measurement. Only to be told they couldn't match the glass. And couldn't suggest anyone who could. Worthless. Don't let them waste your time.
