Jeff came and repaired my sliding glass doors. He did a good job for a fair price. The doors still need to be insulated, and I can't afford to replace them. As a 'hack', I thought I would try putting some plastic wrap between the two doors for now. It would have to be removed in the Spring, but will impede the flow of cold air to some extent.

Critical: Professionalism
Guy was supposed to show up for an measurement and estimate two straight days and never did. The third and last time I called I believe his exact words were “I’m on my way to your place now I’ll call you when I’m there”. Can’t peak about their work though because he never showed up

I called for a quote a week ago. The guy told me he'd come out that same day or the next. He never showed up. No call, no reschedule, no nothing. I should have known to avoid this business when he kept reiterating to me over the phone that he was coming to do a quote "free of charge" and "All other businesses charge a fee." Very unprofessional, very ghetto, I do not recommend.

Very unprofessional. I'm not sure if they are overbooked or understaffed but they never showed up for 2 appointments to repair a window in my home. There was no courtesy call, or follow up. They just never came even after I gave him the benefit of the doubt after he "no showed" for the first appointment. Extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this business AT ALL. Go somewhere else where your dollar is appreciated. BAD BUSINESS.

Ace installed new windows and screens at our home. Work was excellent with great attention to detail. Windows installed promptly. Some delay with screens due to issues beyond company's control but they kept in touch and end result was great. Ace definitely went out of their way to make sure we were fully satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
