Flat Roof LLC were called in to give a quote for the office building and they gave me 2 great options at really good prices. The first option was to stop the leaks and our second option was to fix it and to get their 20-year guarantee. The entire fix was half the price of all the other roofing companies quotes.

The whole experience was very professional and friendly from the very first phone call to the roofing professional visit. And upon inspection, they determined that my leaking was caused by a backed up gutter. They cleaned it and there was no charge. He was in and out in 20 minutes and very friendly. What a great experience! Our home has a low pitched rubber roof and so could not just use any roofer.
Problem: our sky lights were leaking with heavy rains.
Solution: Flat Roof Pros! Quote seemed high, but we needed the work done and they seemed like the most qualified for the job. Man am i glad with that decision! We had a bad storm at one of our commercial properties as well as my home. I called Flat Roof Pros and they were able to get an estimate ready to send into my insurance very quickly. The estimate was well under what other companies had quoted me and very detailed for the Insurance company.
