I'll start with outstanding! We were in a bind and reached out to Phil based on strong other reviews. Phil was not merely responsive to our need to retile our bathroom, but he discovered and resolved the underlying cause of a leak no one could figure out for a number of years. I was away and my wife wanted little part of the ins and outs of the project. So Phil took the time over the phone and we sorted out everything as necessary. What's more, what we thought could be a month before the bathroom was useable again--he got done work at a high level of professionalism and quality in about 2 weeks

Phil is one of the nicest human beings I've ever meet, he is honest and patient. We haven't started on our work of renovation of our home just yet but just by meeting with us and talking of the plans he was very genuine and helpful with his knowledge and insight. If this is how he is now it only gives me reassurance that our home renovation in safe hands.

G&M (Phil) is the most professional contractor that I have ever dealt with. He comes when he says he is coming. He does NOT start your job and then disappear for days when he gets other jobs as some contractors do. His pricing is reasonable. I have used him to redo my Master Bathroom Shower. resurface my outdoor BBQ Island, replace my tiled basement ceiling with sheetrock, along with some smaller jobs. I never have to or will call another contractor again. Plus he is a good and honest guy.

My daughter recommended Phil a few years ago. Since then we have hired him for various big and small projects such as painting rooms , redoing a powder/laundry room , siding and new roof on detached garage , new roof painting walls ,deck, and making necessary repairs on screened in porch , as well as many “handyman” projects.

Phil and his team at G & M Construction Group did an AMAZING job turning our dated kitchen to beautiful and more modern looking kitchen. They also took down load baring walls and updating our electrical to 200amp, refinished our floors to a beautiful rich color to go perfect with our new home and much more.
Phil is very knowledgeable at his job offering his Expert advise and options to help make decisions when needed, his staff is professional and always on time.

Phil Scilipoti of G & M Construction Group of NY was like working with a partner on my new two car garage project. He always seemed to be there reviewing the work, giving instructions and providing advice even though he was working on other larger projects.
