Paid cash to get the discount on solar water heater maintenance. Steve left my hot water valve shut and no hot water. Then realize he did not flush my panels, change a leaking tank valve, seal my roof penetrations, and change 6ft of insulation as stated on the company's website for maintenance service. Call Steve, left text messages and sent an email. Nothing after two weeks. He left without giving me a receipt. I feel scammed. What made it worst was he tried to scam me into buying a solar roof fan.

Used this guy in past for a PV/SWH. Great salesman....made many promises and verbal agreements, but later goes back against his word. Small company of which his workers were not knowledgeable. The install took over a week to complete! You have been warned! I would never recommend this guy to any of my friends or family. Came to realize after reviewing job, guy is arrogant and cocky! Go with a more reputable company that has had more installation. His price wasn't even the cheapest, he's just a smooth talker.

I recently hired Pacific Energy Strategies to install a 20 panel PV system, with 255W Solarworld panels. The owner Steve Olsen is a great salesman, as he will promise the world and then totally turn on his word even if it's in writing, and also will fraudulently use lesser quality products even if you're paying for the upgraded product. I totally recommend NOT using this company unless you want to end up in court. I'm in the process of finalizing my legal documents, but wanted to give everyone a heads up regarding this company.
