At 4:30 today we found out our condensation pump on our furnace was broken. Our furnace is in our basement which we rarely go in. The floor was full of water. I called Schneidecker and a very nice lady gave me Paul’s cell number, I called him and he let me know that he had a replacement in his warehouse. 10 minutes later he was at my door dropping off the new pump. I can’t recommend them enough! They are one the only service companies in Newport that not only answers their phone, but goes out of their way for their customers. Thanks again Paul for the save!

After meeting with and receiving estimates for a heat pump system from a few other contractors, I chose Paul because he was, by far, the most genuine and came in at the best price. No "hard sell" and he was very thorough in answering my questions. Paul and his installer were professional, friendly, and the installation of both inside and outside units were flawless! We purchased our home 6 years ago and have always struggled trying to heat the space. We have approximately 3500 sqft and very high ceilings - 30 feet in some areas! Half of the house was an add on that was… never plumbed for the forced air heat. Instead, there was a wood burning fireplace insert. No matter how much wood we fed the beast, we could only really heat the area right in front of it, so our house was riddled with cold (not cool, COLD) pockets as you walk from one room to the next. These guys are great! Our furnace stopped working on a Sunday. I called them first thing Monday morning and a technician was to our house my 10:30am. The man who came out was very knowledgeable and efficient. He not only fixed the problem but made the entire unit run more efficiently. He was very nice but not overly chatty.

This company is amazing! Our heater went out over Christmas weekend and we thought for sure we were going to have to freeze until after the holiday! He showed up at 930 at night and had our heater running within an hour! A few years ago I purchased two Daikin ductless heat pump systems from another local vendor and had them installed in a rental unit in Nye Beach. One of the units has operated flawlessly since it was installed but the other has never functioned correctly in spite of repeated attempts to have the unit repaired during it's warranty period.
