I highly recommend this company to anyone. I am on the board of a small HOA in New Bern. From the timely and affordable quote to the arrival of the team, I was most impressed. They pruned a very large live oak and I couldn’t cannot say enough about how professional and efficient they were. When one team finished, the cleanup crew was right there on the spot. They left the property immaculate and the tree (and the community members) are extremely happy. Wish there had been 10 stars!

Today Tim stopped by and looked at the yard, offered to discount the service, and talked to me about it. I always appreciate a face-to-face discussion to resolve things - shows character and personal courage. Tim has convinced me that the service is acting in good faith. In the past, I've been impressed with the crew, the equipment, and the efficiency with which they undertook my jobs. So I will again try this tree service, when needed.

This was the best tree removal we have ever had. It was at a seasonal home, so we were not there when the tree was removed. There was not a branch left behind! Super clean! Definitely recommend and will use them again if any more trees become sick!! The owner also gave me some advice on caring and fertilizing the remaining trees 🌲. Thanks again!!!

I'd heard from neighbors that Maple Springs Tree Service was a great. They were right. Two different crews came - one for taking down a dying ash tree for the village and another to trim a tree for me. Both crews were amazing. Watching the crews work was like watching an aerial ballet that included chainsaws! Both crews worked together like a well-oiled machine and were through and professional. Clean-up was complete. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have tree work done.
