Had a good buying experience, however, now I need to get a hold of the finance manager and it’s been a week with no returned phone calls. Dealing with a time sensitive issue and I can’t get a phone call back or get through to him when I try calling. Thanks for nothing
Just came up with another issue from this same experience. I cancelled the extended warranty I had originally gotten during the purchase. When they sent a check to the loan company it wasn't good and the payment was reversed. So now I still have $4000 added on my principal that should have been deducted had they sent a good check

I have never had such a poor Customer Service Experience. When I made an appointment earlier in the week it was set up for 11:30(their appt person indicated that was a appointment slot-I didn’t just “POP” in)my assumption was my car would be looked at within a reasonable amount of time ….even a few minutes is expected in my opinion. The Service Person immediately told me that the Technicians go to lunch for 12-1. I’m thinking ……,”ok………why are you telling me this?”…Well I found out why….I got a diagnosis on a simple brake repair….at 1:30!!!!! ……

I did not purchase my vehicle from here, but was told I needed to go to Ford dealership so they could read the codes my car was putting out. Got there towards the end of the day on a Friday and could already tell the service guy was annoyed. They took my car for 30 minutes. Never came and let me know what was wrong with it, and then charged me nearly $200. Told me they replaced a passenger seat sensor, which had nothing to do with the lights that were on. And they shut the dash lights off. I made it 2 miles down the road and everything came back on. Service guy sent me a message next day asking

I was very happy with my visit today. I unexpectedly had a dead battery. It's a tough one to reach in my Escape. They were able to get me in immediately and get a new battery in and get me back on the road. Tim in the service department was Awesome!!
