I called this company to confirm that they did commercial windows for a couple of new businesses that we're currently building and they asked me to send the construction plans to Matt on 11/03/2020. I never received a response, so I sent a follow up email to Matt on 11/11/2020 and STILL didn't receive a response. I called today 11/25/2020 and the receptionist just to tells me they aren't interested in doing the job. The lack of response is very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend others to do business with this kind of company. Such a WASTE!!

Called at 3 pm Nov 26th I needed to replace rollers on a Milguard sliding glass window. Not only did A-1 glass have the rollers I needed Alex at A-1 gave me tips to complete the job. Not being from the area it was great to find a company that was willing to help me with the right information to complete the job. Thanks again A-1

They are extremely professional and I really liked working with them when I had my sliding glass doors installed. Measure twice and cut once.... they came out twice to measure which I fully appreciate after having worked with other sloppy retailers/ installers. The sliders were ready within 2.5 weeks and the installation appointments were plentiful and flexible. Robin is all business and can help you get an accurate quote and is a great point person throughout the whole project.

We are a local business that called for window replacement- were assured they would be out. Not only did they not come out when they said they would- when called they curtly informed us that there must have been a miscommunication, they would not be able to make it out. The lack of communication and insincerity by the office person was appalling.

Called several weeks ago to get an estimate on our new office glass doors and was told by Jennifer that someone would contact us for an appointment. Never heard from anyone so we called again today and spoke with Robin and was told they just don't have time What kind of business is that? Very unprofessional.
