Was able to get an appointment within two days of calling, the quote came in four business days later. Typically, I get three quotes when having any type of work done, I decided not to in this case, I was happy with the price and service provided. Communication was easy, the three window units replaced look good, work completed in a timely manner and cleanup performed after the installation. I will use Tracy Glass Shop should I require additional units replaced in the future.

It was time to replace the original 1968 aluminum frame windows in my home, and I called Tracy glass for an estimate. It was a large job, 10 window and a slider, including upgraded privacy glass for the bathrooms. I'd been putting this off for a while, due to the price. I had several companies come out and give me quotes, and I decided to go local. So very happy I did!
There were a few bumps along the way (old house and me changing my mind in a few things) but Renee and Dave were always very responsive with fixing issues and making sure I was 100% satisfied. I am 100% satisfied!

Now we are contracting them to add some decorative custom glass to our home.
