I have had Security One Services for about 8 years now. I have been very happy with the service - I can send Chris a text, and he will get back with me quickly, and will even try to troubleshoot any problems with me over the phone. The monitoring has been quick and reliable. And, unlike other companies, they are not trying to sell home automation equipment that could compromise my home security system.
I highly recommend Security One.

This is one of the most Childish, Unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Do not pay extra to cancel. DO NOT pay by auto pay. Chris is the owner, installer and person you speak with if you can get him. His customer service skills are Non Existent. I thought I might be the only negative review for this company. So glad to see that it wasn't just me. It takes too long for the monitoring service to call after the alarm goes off. Run, Run, Run and Do Not use this company unless you want real aggravation and Childish responses when asking questions. When you cancel, Don't send

This company is complete garbage. We moved out the rental property 6 months ago and continue to get billed. We complied with their cancellation policy and have wrote 3 times. The first 2 were sent certified then Chris tells me they font accept certified letters for cancellation. The 3rd letter he say he never received which is a complete lie as he called me the day he received it and said I still had to pay for the other periods since the certified letters was not a proper way for cancellation. I paid the balance to get them out my hair and now I continue to receive bills from them. I'm filing

I don't use Security One, but they call my office every single day claiming that I owe them money. I called them back and asked to be taken off their list becuase they have the wrong number. They told me that they can't do that. So, I have to deal with annoying pre-recorded phone calls from them every day. Sometimes multiple times a day. If they treat people who aren't their customer this badly, I can't image how they treat acutal customers. I'd avoid this company.

We've been unable to really use this system since it's installation, because it goes off for no reason. When that happens, the city fire department or police show up. Then they give you a ticket for a false alarm.

OK so I am very apprehensive about even writing a review here of someone who knows my home address and every detail of my security system. Friendly guy named Chris something, had a lot of knowledge, seemed to be on the up and up.
The system installed was the cheapest possible chinese crap on the market and yes, the monitoring is the lowest available in Atlanta. You will get exactly what you pay for here. Except of course, the $800 installation for $60 worth of useless plastic crap stuck to the wall in various places with double sided tape.
