Horrible glass and staff specifically 1 person I will not name. After 1 week of installling over 100 pieces of glass they started failing 2-4 at a time. First set they replaced with out a problem due to there warranty.
Then a week later more went bad.. Then we had a problem. No more warranty.
Did not want to remake or refund my money.
Now I'm stuck with footing the bill.
Just last week I got another phone call from the same customer. Had to replace the same pieces of glass they remade the second time. Plus more.
Very bad quality glass.

I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of glass and mirrors from this company. Their customer service has been shady since the start. The order that did it for me was one where they promised me a delivery date for a customer but the delivery was never made. They lied about delivery times and even resorted to not answering calls. They finally delivered the items only to break it during the unload. So another two weeks to get the items remade. UNACCEPTABLE. Took my business elsewhere. They are not worth the time and aggravation. You have been warned.
