Will show our turn-key jobs with striping & stenciling services, as well as signage and bumper block installation. We have provided asphalt milling and paving services to the Metro Richmond, Virginia and surrounding areas for 20 years.
Often times a parking lot will be beyond repairing with additional patching or may not have room for an asphalt overlay and will require milling of the deteriorating or damaged asphalt. Our experienced crews can mill your existing failing asphalt parking lot to a depth of 2" to 18" and repair any sub-base issues and re-pave back to the original new construction standards.
A1 Asphalt Paving & Sealing, LLC is capable of overlaying or repaving any size parking lot. This may require edge milling around concrete areas for a flush tie-in of the new asphalt. A1 Asphalt has the capability to clean your parking lot with commercial sweepers, removing all debris from site prior to the installation of new asphalt.

Only company to state they couldn't deal coat my drive. Have had it done successfully by other company and others who quoted didn't find any reason not to coat. In fact those other companies recommend deal coat vs new drive while A1 is recommending complete replacement vs coating. Made rediculous claims regarding shade from trees equals can't coat.

Can’t attest to their work, but their customer service leaves room for improvement. I work nights and came home really early forgetting work was to be done in my complex parking lot. I park in a numbered spot and instead of knocking on the door, realizing everyone is human, and when I try to find who towed it no help. I don’t understand how people treat others these days.

Young man showed up in the company truck asking to "seal" my driveway. Said he was working a job nearby and had extra sealant he would give me a good deal on. $30 for 200 square feet plus labor. Sounded like a good deal and we had a section that needed some work. Long story short, after working a total of 50 minutes, he said I owed him $500.00! Very sloppy, very unhappy, and now realize I was hustled. How stupid am I? Don't make the same mistake
