Firefly did our initial inspection when we first bought our house last year. Called them this year to set up a contract, they are very quick on getting someone out to the house when needed and work around your schedule. Everyone that has been out has been wonderful! Cannot recommend this company enough.

We had three giant paper wasp/hornet nests. Firefly clearly communicated the cost, when they would be there and how they would remove them. They did everything they said they would. The price, the quick response and the quality of the work were all well worth it. I would recommend them to everyone.

I have them scheduled to come quarterly to treat my home. Since COVID has been going on, they've only been treating the outside of the home and I have seen zero ants, spiders, or bugs in general inside the house and my home backs up to woods with a reservoir with lots of critters. We do have wasps around and every time the guys come out, they remove any nests and treat to deter. They are always on time and call or text on the day of treatment with an accurate time frame for when they'll arrive. The guys in the field and the office staff are all very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly
