At first I thought that a simple drain snake would do the trick. The technician was very informative about the reasons why my idea wouldn't work very well. Eventually we agreed to having the plugged drain jetted instead. Although this was more expensive, the results were astounding. The drain now runs as though it were new. A truly fantastic job by Alex.

I can’t say enough about the service that Michael and Jesse provided. They were very professional. They came to do a furnace tuneup and were on time and communicated very effectively what they were doing and how long it would take. All they do is try and UPSALE you. We needed a drain line rooted out. The plumber came and immediately said we needed a new drain. I explained it had been replaced a few years before. Then he wanted to do a hydro jet cleaning and chemical for $1700. We told him we just wanted the line rooted out and had to explain, when he ARGUED with us, that we didn't want to invest that much money since we planned on ripping out all the plumbing to update the pipes. He finally agreed to root out the line. We had to PREPAY before he would even start. He rooted it out, said it didn't work and

Needing a Sewer-Rooter Service ASAP, we put a message on our Nextdoor neighborhood group. We received a few recommendations and contacted Rooter Connectionz who was recommended by one of our neighbors who is a realtor. We got 5 different estimates for replacing our entire ac unit. This company was not the lowest price but they were willing to price match. I would give them minus star if I could. On May 4 2020 Ben came to my 85 year old husband, and told him our neighbors sewer line was clogged. Many years before we and the neighbor bought our homes, there was not a sewer line on their road, so the line was run through our back yard. I saw an advertisement in the Home Mag that said Free Camera Inspection. I called the number in the magazine and asked if they could inspect a problem corroded secondary line, but the gal wasn't sure if they could do a camera in a secondary line and she said she would check and call back, she never did. So I called their main number the next day, talked with a lady again, not sure if it was the same one, but she acted uncertain and said they don't use cameras in a secondary line? Had our sewer drain scoped in Ogden with this company, John Jordan did the inspection. He finished the camera scope inspection and then told us "your sewer line is heavily rooted. I recommend putting a liner in", and walked out the door with no explanation. He then wrote up a report and quoted us $13,800 to replace the entire sewer line, 50 feet worth. I reviewed the camera inspection footage myself, and saw one single root inside the pipes. Since then, I've gotten 3 other plumbing companies to come out and tell us that there is no issue with the sewer pipes. DO NOT use this company

They did show up when they said they were going to - so that was good. But the person on the phone quoted me a price range, and the actual cost ended up being much higher (not because of any additional work needed). Also, the tech wasn't able to fix the clogged sink, and tried to sell me on a several thousand dollar (hydro jet). I called another plumber the next day, and he was able to repair the problem in 1/2 hour at a fraction of the cost. He said the hydro jet cost was outrageous and not even needed. I live in Ogden Utah, we had a drain clogged in the main service line. The approach they have is to replace the main line (excavate) then find the real problem. Horrible pressure to up the cost. If this was the last place in Utah to do rooter service. I would live with sewer in my basement. Do yourself a favor and find anyone else.

These guys worked on our neighbor's house and ended up pumping an underground stream into our house, leaving 2-3 inches of water throughout our MIL basement. It destroyed carpet, drywall, plaster, baseboards, furniture, electronics, and many other possessions. This event awoke tenants in the middle of the night. They're stressed, have medical problems, and had to move out.

We had a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain and Bryan came out and told us we needed new pipes (we live in a condo and others in the building have reported they've had to replace theirs as well). He quoted us a price and then replaced them quickly and for twenty dollars less than the quote and then he proceeded to fix our dishwasher at no extra charge! Lovely man and we are so thrilled to not have standing water and a dishwasher that works. I live in Roy too, so that was quite the trek for him. I highly recommend and will certainly use their services in future.

Asked 24 Hour Rooter Connectionz to come bid a repair on my sewer main. After explaining the issue and showing them the main they started to try and sell me on services I never asked about. Lining, replacment, cleaning, adding clean outs, etc with out ever inspecting the existing main. For all they know it could have been replaced 5 years ago. I had to get firm with them and ask again to quote the job I asked to be done and send me an itemized bid. I specifically mentioned itemized. Hiring these people was a $6,000 mistake. They are not very honest people. I had a backed-up sewer line on a Saturday. My usual plumber wasn't available so I called these guys and told them the situation. I even sent photos. They said it would cost $40 to auger the line. But when the tech got to my house he said it would actually cost $160. Nice bait and switch. Seeing as how I was desperate to make the standing water in my basement floor go away after hours, I agreed. So he augured the line and the water drained.

We were having problems with our plumbing in the kitchen and our tub.
Our landlord calls these guys up and a technicians named Ryan arrived. He not only fixed our problems and advised us of how this happened and preventions, he even played a little game of darts ( obvi we own a sweet dart board)
Ryan was a professional and just a genuinely sweet guy. I would recommend him specifically to fix any of your plumbing needs.
My only advice is don't play him in a game of darts or your might lose.

The good: they had a technician out right away.
The bad: the drain still isn't draining. The technician explained that it would still be slow unless we added on a $400 hydro clean. I told him that wasn't in our budget at the moment.
After he left, the first time it was used, I went in and pulled a huge clot of hair out that was at the top of the drain. The pieces to the tub were put in incorrectly with an extra piece actually left on the lip of my tub. (Photos in comments)

I have had Connectionz do major plumbing work in the past and decided they would be the best combination of reasonable pricing, quality and efficiency to replace my furnace and central air conditioner. The day after reviewing my options, Alex, Ben, Brandon and Daniel were here. Though they experienced the delivery of a broken part, they took the extra 90 minutes to get a replacement part and stayed until 8pm, 5 hours later than planned to complete the job.

My experience with this company shows why people don't trust plumbers! I had 1 clogged toilet and 1 that was running extremely slow. Hey pulled off both toilets ($65 ea) ran cables (more $), and cameras (more money). $285 total. I told them when they got here, and when I scheduled the appointment, that there was a toy(s) in 1 or both of the toilets. They said they didn't find the toys but I had a root problem that would cost $3800 to fix and that was the ONLY solution. They also left a big water spot on my carpet, which I just had cleaned a couple weeks ago. They showed me a picture

Friday night at 9 PM John from Connectionz came out and did an amazing job cleaning our drains. We had planned on updating and getting a new water heater this summer and had not yet done so. Talking with John we got a great deal on replacing our water heater so we set up a time and like an idiot we pre-paid 100% for the new water heater.
