I consulted this business to help our company with the repair of a front door. Everything was great until I asked for a formal quote with a full scope of the work they expected to complete, at that time, my contact Rick Thomson would not respond to myself as well as numerous colleagues. Rick had previously been very responsive to me on all fronts, very disappointing. I called 4 times in the span of two weeks and each time was told the info I stated would be passed to Rick by his assistant, I have never been contacted again. Stay away from this business for commercial door repair, you'll save yourself
