Valley glass inc was the greatest experience from start to finish. David was so easy to work with and came out to measure and order my glass for my shower quickly and is very personable. Gail was so sweet and scheduled a time that worked around my schedule for it to be installed. And Chris so humorous and professional installed my glass. A million thanks to these people. Will definitely use them again for any glass needs.

After reading such positive reviews, we hired Valley Glass, Inc. to install 2 pre-fabricated doors we had purchased. We understand that they make custom doors, but they said that it would be no problem. Unfortunately, 5-star was not what we experienced. However, what we did experience was poor communication and failure to honor our scheduled appointments. Very disappointed by the level of service provided, and I would not recommend them.

Fabio Casati, Of Valley Glass, Chandler, AZ, carefully assessed my problem with a glass shower door that would not close completely. He very efficient in realigning the door and mating glass wall to where the door operation is now working flawlessly. He was courteous and professional and did the job right. His bill was reasonable, especially when compare others who immediately wanted to replace the glass at a much higher price. I will call on Valley Glass of Chandler, AZ, without hesitation, when I need glass work done again. They are very good.

Fabio was great over the phone and when he came to measure he suggested a design change. We originally wanted frameless but he recommended a header for our install. We also got another company's opinion and after looking at the design options believed in Fabio's vision. We are very pleased with the results. Fabio was easy to work with, friendly and customer oriented.

I contacted Fabio last minute when a repair request was made for some breached windows on our home sale. He had the most competitive pricing and was very flexible making the schedule work out which really helped us with the kiddos around.
The work was done very efficiently! He quoted the job and ordered the glass. The replacement process was done well and he left our bathroom just as clean as he found it despite having to climb over the tub to fix the windows.

Extremely pleased with Valley Glass AZ! I was completing a bathroom remodel and needed a custom shower door. I received quotes from 5 different companies. Fabio and Rachel were very responsive and during the consultation/measurement, Fabio provided expert advice on the type of glass that would best fit in my shower. Being a first time bath remodel, Fabio answered all my "novice" questions and took the fear out of completing my project. It looks amazing!

I called over a week ago and the woman that answers the phone has a heavy accent that is very hard to understand. She tells me she will get back to me when a technician can come out for our quote. A week goes by she calls again to see when a good time is to schedule. I tell her the days and times I can meet. She hangs up saying ok we will call you with a day and time. Huh??? Didn't we just do the day and time thing twice now.....so WE end up calling her today and again she says "let me get with the technician and find a day and time we can come out"....ok thats strike 3 - you
