This company subs out the work. I was uncomfortable with the quote of $585 for a retractable screen on a standard size front door. I should have gotten a second bid. The sub they sent wouldn't answer my questions but it was clear he did not work at the company as he pulled up in his own company truck. In ADDITION, I did not get the color I wanted as the sample showed me by Gilbert Screen is just some random sample and not the same colors he had in his truck. He did not even know which color I has chosen and was written in the contract. He was very nice and did great work but I just wonder
