Red Oak offers mowing services for weekly and biweekly intervals for commercial and residential clients in St. Louis. Leave your weekends open to enjoy how you want and not doing lawn work. We use the best equipment, sharp blades and monitor cut heights for the time of year that give your lawn the best care possible.
Healthy trees and shrubs can make the difference between a good landscape and a great one - and maintaining healthy ornamentals in the St. Louis Missouri climate can be frustrating. With tree and shrub care from Red Oak Landscaping, you can relax knowing that your landscape is defended against insects and the elements, and that your ornamentals are getting the nutrients they need to succeed.
Where land is flat, soils are dense or the water table is high, a well designed drainage system is a priority. Without proper drainage solutions in place, water may collect to undermine structures and drown expensive plants, turning parts of your new landscape into perpetually wet swamps. Drainage also causes issues with your home and hardscaping around the home like sidewalks, decks, driveways and patios.
We are the only landscape service in the area to provide a 15-year warranty on all our retaining walls. We can because we have the history and the expertise to build them right. If a shortcut is made by the installer on the base or the backfill it will fail, it is just a matter of time. We fill our retaining walls with 100% rock with no soils behind it for clean, clear and easy removal of water behind the structure.
Like everything else we do here at Red Oak Landscaping, we follow processes to build your fence that exceed what most do. Our holes are dug with belled out bottoms, to the proper depth to ensure the fence does not heave or lean in coming years. We also pre mix our concrete to ensure strength from top to bottom.

We've used Red Oak twice- once for a small job a couple of years ago at our South City home, and now for a much bigger job on our new place.
They are busy, but able to get things done VERY rapidly once they start. Workers were very pleasant to interact with, and when any concern was brought up they immediately addressed it or called someone who could.
Results- Fabulous. Next Spring our house is going to look SO great.
You'll be hard pressed to find a better landscaper in the STL area.

Red Oak created professional landscaping in front of my house and increased my house's curb appeal by 100%. The company was great to work with and flexible with last minute changes. Rich created a great design and found blocks to match my shutters perfectly. Daniel, Corey, and Jose who did my install did a fantastic job that I have nothing but a glowing review for. They are hard working, on time, and super friendly -- they take great pride in their work and it shows. I would hire Red Oak again for another job without hesitation!

We were very pleased with the work done by Red Oak Landscaping. They landscaped our front and back yards, installed exterior lighting front and back, and did a great job ripping out an old concrete patio and replacing it with a significantly larger patio using concrete pavers, seating walls, piers, and more. The company is very responsive. It was great dealing with Rich Stephens; it was also great working with his crew chief Daniel on our project.

Daniel was the crew supervisor on our landscape project. He did a great job communicating plans and timeline throughout the entire process, answered any question and accommodated all our requests. Most importantly he showed up everyday with a positive attitude. We were very pleased with his quality of work and end results. Attached are some before and after pics.

I hired this company to install French drains but they talked me into another water diverting system. First they just showed up without notification. Then one day they didn't show up because it had rained the eve before but left their big equipment in front of the side gate so the mowing service couldn't get into the backyard. Then they didn't show up the next two days either when they could have. Now, the system drains the water in my yard okay but the rocks they laid down are full of grasses. So how am I supposed to take care of all of these grasses? The lawn care guy doesn

Red Oak did a back yard project for us along a fence where the ground sloped to the fence. It was a nightmare to push mow it. They did a great job! The staff working on it were polite, professional, and got the work done within the hours stated on the estimate. They also replaced some shrubbery out front of the house and it looks fabulous. Thanks to Tony for his suggestions for along the fence, the greenery selection for the front of the house, and to the project staff for a job very well done!

This company was very professional. They came & talked to me, found out what I wanted & made suggestions. They sent me a plan for my approval. Even after I approved the plan, I requested some additional services and they were more than happy to accommodate. The job was done in one day & positively transformed the look of my house.
