I have moved quite a bit for work and this was the best moving experience that I have ever had. The level of service and professionalism from start to finish from Atmosphere is unmatched. I price matched vs. Atmosphere's competitors and chose to pay a little more because I felt like it would be worth it - and it was!
I had two packers that did an amazing job. They were professional and fast. I've unpacked most of my things and have not noticed any damage to my items.
The two guys that did my actual move were Desmond and Reggie. They were THE BOMB! Definitely request these guys if you use Atmosphere

Just wanted to post a quick but heartfelt recommendation for atmosphere movers. Jeremy and his crew were all business and that they moved to get the job done as fast as they could. Didn’t even let me have lunch! The team was nice, very thoughtful, and considerate of what we needed. Hopefully I’m not moving for a long time but if we do I will definitely hire them again. My husband and I are seniors that moved from an old New Orleans home with steps to our dwelling, curving staircases inside the dwelling with old traditional furniture. This move is a horrific experience to say the least. But God blessed us with Atmosphere Movers that sent 3 AMAZING young men. These men's work ethics and endurance were well beyond our expectations. They were respectful and worked extremely hard the entire day while protecting and caring for our property. I have moved over 60 times (coast to coast due to job requirements). The five man team that moved me locally are the among the very best movers I have ever experienced. Courteous, efficient, FAST, respectful of my things both packing and unpacking. Thoughtful, considerate placement of my boxes (I had dozens) in my new apartment making it much easier for me to unpack. I recommend this company without reservation. Excellent service, true to their word, and reliable!

We recently had to downsize my Dad's house in Covington. The level of stress we were dealing with getting this move done was through the roof. Fortunately we decided to look into a moving company to help us out. Once we settled on Atmosphere movers the stress for the move completely went away. The owner came out to our house and was able to get us all taken care of on short notice. The office staff stayed in contact with us throughout the entire move which made things so much easier to deal with. The movers were nothing but professional throughout the entire move. I couldn't be more happy

Giving them 3 stars until we resolve our issue. The movers themselves were professional and ftiendly and very efficient loading the truck. However, they assured us they had piano expertise and then sent insufficient resources to complete the task at hand once they arrived at their destination, They left us holding the bag for our most important possession, *and* they overcharged us for a move they didn't even technically complete.

HORRIBLE move that started with the packers arriving 2 hours late and leaving 2 hours early with half the house left to pack. They were to be back at 830 the next morning, but were a no-show. When we called to see where they were, we were told the business owner (Chet) had decided to send them home based on misinformation he was provided by the lead packer about their progress the day before. He was going to have the loading crew finish the packing. LMAO at that!
