They send folks who have no clue about packing. Plastic wrap your wood or other items that might scratch? Not unless you tell them and them keep reminding them every time you turn your back. They work slow, and I mean real slow because they know they stay on clock if job is not done. Good luck when your POD arrives, because these clowns pack like the 3 stooges...

This is fraud company . When you will book they will give you all the promises and if you have ordered 4 people they will send one road side person and when you inquire they lie and with great fight you might get second ., they use Uhaul small truck with no packing material or carpets to cover the stuff . They demand money while unloading half and increase the hours to three fold. they fight and will threaten to take your good and run away . So never every hire this fraud company .they are fraduster and hire homeless to do your job

I have used Movers/Moving Co. before and this was the WORST!!!
Hired them for two moves. One on Thursday and the Rest of the move on Saturday. First, How about showing up 1hr late. First guy, Had body odor and was Very Lazy. The 3 hr move took 5hrs!!! The second guy showed up a little over an hr late, but was good at his job. They were moving a Pottery Barn Desk and got the leg Caught in the Lift gate and the second guy had to tell me because the first guy wasn't going to say anything. I was told it was a Scratch. It was almost Completely broke off

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a moving company. When I was setting it up I told them I needed the movers at the house by 8 am and everything had to be transported and unloaded by 12:30pm. I was told no problem. The day before the move, I received a text that the 2 movers would be there by 10 am. We had a chain of text messages trying to get it resolved. It was. The movers arrived a little after 8 am. One was definitely a seasoned employee. The other, although young and courteous, had to be told everything to do and often took 1 thing at a time to the truck. So, it took

Never trust their quotes, the movers purposely take longer to charge you more, they also have hidden fees that they never discuss with you when you schedule. When you try to get an explanation of the extra fees the mover and the manager will threaten to take your items back. Thats why they charge you before they finish unloading. Its been days and im still waiting for an owner to call me back. The movers are rude argumentative and careless they will ruin your furniture. When you catch them making a damage the mover becomes aggressive and denies it. I had to call police in order to have my items

I chose this company to load a small pod. The movers started off being close to one hour late (55mins) from a supposed late night job the previous day. Because I had time restraints, this reduced my load time to 1.5 hours, versus the 2 hour I was scheduled to pay for.

I had the choice of 3 major moving companies with my new work -- I read reviews before choosing who I went with... but IT TAKES TWO MOVERS ended up working the best with my crazy schedule and short timeline in order to get my items and car moved within 3-4 weeks. Overall, the 3 men who packed up my stuff (bed, nightstand, sofa set, bookshelf, bins of clothings, kitchen items, glass items, and more) wrapped it so well that nothing was damaged. I had one small truck and it took them 12 1/2 hours to fill, move a short distance and unload. One man worked the other .... could not be found most of the time. They owner complained I had large heavy items, glass, mirrors, many boxes and things that could break. They were warned about a heavy desk that would be a challenge and the number of boxes had grown prior to the move. The man who disassembled the desk also broke part of it and didn't put it back together correctly.
