It takes forever to order. When I was able to get someone to take my order I was told my pedicure tub is on its way. When I called them a week later to get a tracking number because it hadn’t arrived yet I was stalled again and found out they didn’t even send it out. This was the second tub I’ve ordered from them. Both orders take about a month to process. I needed a matching tub. Then the tub arrives defective! It’s not shipping damage. It is not perfectly round and has an imperfection on the bottom.
