Awesome service here. I purchased an office chair several months ago, about a month ago it started squeaking a lot. I brought it back to the store and they were happy to exchange it for a new one. No questions asked. It was fast and easy. They even put it in my car. I highly recommend this business.

I live in Northern McHenry Co and had an hour and half drive to pick up a display case I saw on Facebook Market Place. Traffic was heavy and put me behind schedule and Google Maps had me arriving right at 5:00. I called to ask if anyone could stay a little past 5:00 to help me? I arrived right at 5:00, phew! Well, not only did one person stay, it looked like the whole office and warehouse crew stayed. I can't thank them enough for going the extra mile!! I would definitely recommend purchasing from them!

Kevin in particular was amazing, period. I was a small order of just a conference table and he treated it like I was buying 100k of furniture. The table came in a little damaged and he's getting me a replacement and didn't even blink. I would ALWAYS buy from them. Great service and very fairly priced.
