What an excellent service! Thanks Brian! We had problems with the entry door and couldn't lock it properly. We called Arizona Door Service and requested them to take care of it urgently as office would have remained unlocked with the possibility of vandalism! Brian, as promised, showed up and ordered necessary parts in time so job could be completed before Holidays. Best gift for Christmas!! Thanks Brian. Merry Christmas!

If there were 10 stars available that is what I would give the owner of this company! His craftsmanship professionalism, and honesty is the highest in the industry!! His customer service ans helpfulness over the phone was so excellent !! They are very busy right now but I plan to use them in the future when things are not so booked up!

He did the on-site visit with me at Rainbow Donuts who Trellis and Republic Services gave a grant to fix their door and other things for them and other businesses on the Miracle Mile.
He asked the business owners quite a few questions about their customers and the business need regarding the front door. Brian did the installation during work hours and in no way interfered with customers being able to come in and out.

Brian is outstanding. Our door has taken a serious beating over the years and Brian was able to fix it, adjust it, and give us instruction on how to maintain it. Absolutely fantastic. While working on it, he was polite to our customers and even offered to help them with packages. This is the way business should be done. I will never call anyone else to fix my door. THE BEST!!

Called Brian on Monday to find out about repairing our sliding patio door at our rental property. 6+ years of renters left it in pretty bad shape. Brian explained the options and was able to fit our appointment in today and I am very happy with the results. He arrived on time, was very friendly and provided a clean work area during and after the repair. Would highly recommend this company for your repair needs!

On the first telephone call to this merchant I found the staff friendly and engaging. I had researched around looking for a local vendor to install a dog door at my house. After much research Plexidoor was the best option for the quality I was looking for. I spoke with Brian and he was informative and helpful. He wasn't the cheapest but that wasn't what I was looking for. While he was at my house I also had him repair the track to my large glass patio door. It rolls very smooth now like the day it was installed.
