Very UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and frankly do not recommend dealing with them. Signed off on a contract with Jeff Ratcliff, the principle, and he did not have the courtesy to let me know he was backing out of our deal. I called him multiple times and finally got a hold of him and slammed the phone on me. Caused us major delays.

I had one of the best experiences with this business. All I wanted was few glass shelves and couple small mirrors. My order was probably insignificant for them since they normally deal with commercial large scale orders but they treated me like a first class customer. Here is what I think differentiates them from the rest
1. Timeliness - Got a call back with a quote in no time. That wasn't my experience with other glass companies. Also my order was ready in a day!
2. Art of Consulting - Tim spent enough time gave me options over phone and letting me know which ones I could get quicker and better

Their customer service is next to none! The gentleman that took my order and helped me with my table top took his time to make sure my glass was perfect. They told me it would take 7-10 working days and much to my surprise they called me in 3 days and had my glass ready. I would recommend Columbus Glass to anyone.
