I can not recommend these fine people enough the two techs that came to my house to fix 2 window paines were respectful kind and Answered any questions we had including ones that didn't have anything to do with our order there also extremely affordable very happy with the results thank you guys so much !

Went to bailey’s for a quote, did not quite like it. Went to a different nearby shop and was quoted almost double with a longer lead time. Turns out Baileys really is the best shop in Columbus for price and turnaround time.
Also, I don’t know if it was a coincidence but they offered me a doughnut from a local bakery on the Friday I was in their shop. Rather neat-o to see a local company supporting one another.

These guys are awesome.. before I was self employed the company I worked for used these guys every time they needed glass for windows. They give awesome tips and tricks. They are just overall good people if you need some glass I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else in the city. Now since I’m self employed I’m gonna use them every time I have a glass need.

We had glass replaced in 12 windows (approximately $7,000). Two guys came and installed the glass in ten windows. The other 2 arrived broken and had to be reordered. No one called to let us know when the glass was in. When the glass cracked in one of the windows after install ,we requested a new one. Once again, no one called when it came in. Now, we are waiting on wheels for a sliding door. These wheels were to have been ordered the day the guy was here installing the glass for the cracked window. He told us it would take 3 to 5 days to come in. The following week we get a call requesting 50%
