Awful experience. Stay away from these unprofessional movers. They broke over $1200 of my stuff and have done nothing to fix it. It’s been over 20 days since I moved and the matter is still not resolved. Take your business elsewhere. The movers constantly complained they wanted to go home and sent two people to move my stuff and one of them never left the truck so one person moved everything! No wonder it broke. Complete joke.

If it weren't for the actual movers, I would leave one star. I scheduled this move and had no confirmation call prior to the date, but as I was told that my move could start at 8am on Monday morning I was at the location to be moved at that time. It was 9:30am before finally got in touch with someone in the office I was told that I was an afternoon move and my "window" was 12-2. At least 4 hours after the original time I requested and no time windows were discussed when I booked, so I had to reschedule afternoon appointments as a result.

We are extremely disappointed with you! From damaged furniture pieces, poor customer service, to misplacing or stealing valuable items! We contacted you about my missing bin with over $1500 worth of golf shoes (new and used) and no feedback. I play a lot of golf and you DONT have any idea how mad and hurt I am. Gifts from my wife and daughter and YOU misplaced or stole them. Also, misplacing my daughters bed hardware and having her sleeping on the floor for over two weeks it is unforgivable. We will NEVER use your services again.

BEWARE of this company!! I have a beautiful home on LI Sound and they totally mismanaged my move. I was building this new home and my things were in storage for over one year. The furniture came out with mold on most of it, despite the company telling me it was conditioned space and they never had problems. They put your things in a tractor trailer container and leave it locked outside. They do not know how to take care of fine furniture: They lost all the parts to my Henkel Harris master bed, they threw out the feet to my leather living room furniture, they broke items I acquired around the world

They did two moves for me and my family. Both moves were not good as they damaged furniture, lost parts of my bed and never bothered to try to find it or to come back to put it together as they said they would and promised things they never delivered on. I filed a claim and received absolutely no response. I would not recommend them.

This is a great moving company that I would definitely use again. That's why they have a good reputation within West Hartford. They were on time and efficient. There were no major issues. They moved 350 lb items without a problem. Some of the competition was fussy about weight limits. I do wish they had called the day before to confirm the move, but they did show up promptly as originally discussed.
