AllardSend features online signature software in which customers, pickup contacts, delivery contacts and third parties can all sign for their shipment or move right on their computers or mobile devices. You don't even need to be present for pickup or delivery. We have partnered up with DocuSign and developed connecting software to link our platform with their service.
Once you've decided to go with us, we'll email you an agreement that you can digitally sign on any computer or mobile device. This agreement also contains a debit/credit card authorization for billing, this will lock in your move dates and ensure that we are legally able to perform the agreed upon services.

My wife and I had a very positive experience with Allard Send moving company. The quote given to us was the amount we paid. No "nickel and diming". The person that moved us, Jason, was courteous, careful, and professional We had to change dates twice and we were accommodated without a hassle or extra fees. We would use Allard again.

NEGATIVE 1000% DO NOT Hire this company. Worst experience ever. I contacted 5 moving companies. Chose this crappy company. Everything seemed fine. Showed up on time with large crew. Moved from MA to CT and asked them to Store overnight as Closing on sale and new purchase were back to back. Brand new furniture now has broken legs, Missing pieces, Scratches on Master bed dressers and end tables. They bent the footings on brand new Washer and dryer so they cant be leveled with screw out feet. The team was arguing and got into a fist fight at my new home. Owner had to call the team and have

Of all the things I needed to do to relocate to NH from Jersey, what I thought was going to be the most difficult (finding a moving company that could also store my stuff for several months until I found a home in this crazy real estate market) turned out to be the easiest, thanks to Keith and the guys at Allard Send.
I can't say enough good things about this company and the care they put into my move. The pickup ( back in late June) was smooth and seamless, the cost for storage was incredibly reasonable, communication was very good, and the delivery was perfect - the guys were at my new house

As an experienced mover - 14 times now - my move with Allard was one of the smoothest that I have had. The packers were efficient and professional, and the load crew handled a number of challenges, to include having to park the truck 1/8 mile from the house, with aplomb. My move coordinator checked in with me daily to make sure everything was going smoothly. All in all, a smooth move so far.

I signed a contract to have my furniture that was in storage moved from Boston to Maryland. The contract specifically states dissemble/assemble and packing of furniture included. Since, disassembly and packing was not required because furniture was in a storage unit, assembly of furniture was discussed and expected. However, the delivery men did not assemble my furniture because they said they did not disassemble the furniture. I'm making my 3rd multi-state move with this company. Their movers and the customer service provided is top notch (and I've moved across and within the US, and US to 2 other countries).
Keith runs the show and he is proactive and responsive beyond all expectations. Moving is stressful even if you've done it frequently and I can relax quite a bit because I can fully rely on them to be on time, responsive, and flexible. I always compare their price and timing and service to other offers so moving with them is a decision each time.

I also forgot to mention they make you pay for their service before unloading the truck. So they'll hold your stuff hostage until you pay and since you have to pay first you won't see the condition your items are in. If stuff breaks ask you to file a claim on their website and deny it. I'm still open to changing my review if they do the right thing and compensate us for breaking several items including something that's been been in my family for 60-70 years. And again, I'm not even getting into things I saw the movers do that are even bigger problems.

This was made clear to Allard Send from the beginning and we were told not to worry at all because they move people to 5th and 6th floor all the time. Nope. They made my husband, who recently had surgery, move our things because they didn't have enough people to do the job and it was "too hot".

This was a great company to work with! Highly recommend! I got a quote immediately which was better than any I had received. No money down, able to move the date and request a specific pick up time. Electronic docs and payment on day of move were perfect. . The movers even showed up 15 mins early! They were professional and extremely courteous. They took great care moving all my belongings from one location to the other. It was a long hot day but they never complained and took their time making sure I was happy with the placement of each and every item. Would absolutely use them again and recommend

Seems annoying to work with. I have received quotes from a few others and was calling to compare; to make the easiest comparison, I am using the same cubic square feet for each quote. In trying to get a quote, Keith was being rather indirect so I said (accurately) that I did not have much time, just wanted a quote for x amount of cubic square feet, and he just went on to say that I must have been talking to brokers, was arguing with me basically telling me that I didn't know what I was talking about, and then hung up. Allard Send did a great job with my move. I had to move a 2 bedroom apartment from CT to NY. Anthony and Curtis was on time and super efficient. They arrived promptly at 8 am and was finished with everything by 4 pm. Nothing was damaged and the whole process was as carefree as moving gets. The pricing is also super reasonable and it is great that it is a fixed price. Overall I would definitely recommend Allard Send!

I am so impressed! I take care of our furniture and have never had a mover that made me feel relaxed. The team was great. They were super fast but were also extremely careful with our items. Nothing was damaged and they were really careful with our newly finished floors. Have already recommended to multiple people. Great price too and flat rates provided! When you call them, ask for Keith - he was my salesman.

When I booked a move the mover reached out to me quickly and coordinated the elevator reservation time and arrival window very well. During the move there were a few items that got minor damage, and the mover reached out to me very quickly to resolve the issue. Despite the minor issue, the entire process was very professional and they deserve to be rated as a 5-star mover! They are also the best packers that I have ever seen!!

Allard Send Movers truly lives up to their expectations. All 3 of my movers were timely, polite, and insanely fast/efficient all while having to move my stuff up a 3rd-floor walk-up that is off a road so narrow they had to unload a few things and then circle the block to allow traffic to flow. They had to do that several times. They didn't complain about any of it. I truly had a great experience and couldn't be happier. They're also the only company providing flat rates so that's a huge plus

My fiancee and I have used movers nine times in the last eight years. Allard Moving stands out as the best moving company we have worked with. We hired them to help us pack our NYC apartment and move some items to a storage unit and some items to my parent's house. They were excellent at keeping storage items separate from home items. We've had other moving companies totally mess this up before. We were unsure we would be able to fit everything in our storage unit and they safely packed it up in an efficient way utilizing space that we wouldn't have been able to do on our own. I really hate to write bad reviews and I really wanted to be happy with Allard Send. The guys who physically moved our stuff were super nice. However, I have to wonder if they ever got much in the way of training (which is not their fault). They loaded our upright freezer into the truck, first on its side and then, when my MIL pointed out it would fit better standing up, they put it in upside down. I had no idea of this when they delivered it and immediately plugged it in. It didn't work - a $900 freezer, killed for no other reason than carelessness. They also broke the leg off of one

These guys don't even deserve 1 star. The owner Keith is an imbecile and is extremely rude. The move was across 3 states. Drivers show up with a Budget Rental van......5 hours late. It is now completely dark outside and they have damaged a few furniture items. On one occasion, they bumped ia couch into one of our chandeliers causing the pieces to break and fall. It is now 9pm and they go on to inform me that their truck is full and cannot take the rest of the items. The next day the fragile items that they unloaded at the new hose are cracked and broken. The sales process and low price were great, as it was a long haul move. Customer service was great at first and the company seemed reputable. But the owner, who made the sale said pickup would likely be in the morning but they'd call in advance. They texted me the night before and said 10AM. I'm 4 hours away and it's winter so it gets dark at 4:30 pm so any time after that would be late. Well they called at 8AM and said 12:30pm arrival but actually arrived at 1 pm. It took 2 hours to load

I used this company in January,showed up four hours late, no 2 wheeler, nothing to move anything, no blankets to wrap, no bubble wrap, nothing.. damaged two new chairs,water damaged... never answered the phone after I put in a claim... never responded to Better Business,unethical company, stay AWAY...
