We did a relocation move which ended up stretching out over 10 months. Much longer than we initially planned. Roman was outstanding throughout the entire ordeal, first moving our household to a local storage unit in western Ma and then completing the move to Florida. He continued to stay in contact with us and never raised his rates and honored our original agreement even though cost of living and fuel costs increased. Roman and his employees are very professional. They packed everything and it all arrived without any issues. I highly recommend Empire Moving. We couldn’t be happier we chose Roman

Empire Movers helped with my recent move. Set up with Roman was very easy and his estimate was fair and accurate. His guys were phenomenal working around my kids, my dog, and everyone else that was helping with the move. No damage at either house and nothing lost along the way! I highly recommend them!

This was my first experience with a moving company. Roman’s team was incredible! They had my place packed up and dropped off in two and a half hours, for what I consider a very fair price. The crew was friendly, communicated well and didn’t ding or scratch a single thing. Highly recommended.

I used Empire for many small moves with my office in WMass. Then I just used them for a long distance move from MA to AZ. Roman’s dedication and professionalism cannot be beat. It was such a relief to use Empire instead on the larger van lines. Our belongings we handled door-to-door. No worries with list items mixed in with other shipments. Highly recommended!

No job too big or too small: they moved our entire home last year, including an antique grand piano, and just today they stopped by on very short notice to help is move a few pieces of heavy furniture within the house, while wearing masks. Always professional, prompt, and careful. Highly recommended.

Roman was very congenial, efficient and communicated well with us throughout the days prior to the move out and move in a month later. This after cancelling another mover we lost trust in. There are many dishonest and unreliable companies out there. No nonsense or games with Empire. Roman and his staff moved our belongings into storage in Westfield and we drove to South Carolina. A month later after a couple correspondences he and his helper arrived on time at our new condo and carefully transported our items inside and in garage. I was very pleased with these guys. An estimator came out to our place, they quoted me a fair price and stuck to that price. They arrived on time (a bit early actually, but not a huge deal) and were very efficient in loading our stuff - 3 bedrooms in less than 3 hours. Roman (the owner) and his crew were very courteous and professional - they were very careful with our stuff and made sure to tell us of any pre-existing damages on furniture, etc. They even moved our beast of a couch without an issue. As another reviewer noted, their moving truck was very clean to the point where it was noticeable
