I loved that this is a Worcester based small moving company in Shrewsbury Street. I didn't have to pay for travel times for them to get to my apartment. They billed exactly only for the time from when they started the move to when the ended the move, down to the quarter of an hour - so I wasn't paying for any extra time or their commute within Worcester. Our movers, Mark and Jake were very pleasant and friendly. They were also the best priced (145$/hr) amongst 7 companies I called, while being fully insured and professional. This is an owner run business and it shows! Entric and Mark are hands on - they dropped off boxes, packed up our house and moved across states over 2 days. They were always professional, took great care wrapping our furniture and coordinated with our storage space. The fee was very reasonable. Would highly recommend them and call them for the next move!

Entric & Mark of Haul of Fame Movers were the very best. From one end of the Pioneer Valley to the other, my move was perfect. They packed/wrapped my belongings carefully and expertly, swiftly hauled them up and down the stairs dozens and dozens (and dozens) of times, and thoughtfully arranged the items in place for long term storage once we got to the final destination. They were kind and generous, simplifying and managing the move in its entirety. HoFM will be the only company I use moving forward- I can’t imagine (really, I can’t) a more professional, helpful, or considerate company to work

I was very impressed when I spoke with Entric over the phone. Unfortunately, he over-promised and under-delivered. He told me that everyone had 3-5 years moving experience, but he brought someone with him to help pack who had never done it before. He incorrectly estimated how long it would take to pack and move us, and left a lot of items unpacked that weren’t adequately packed on moving day. He left his dolly and his tools at our place and insisted he come by early to pick them up, and then was almost half an hour late.

So I initially had a contract with a different mover. The other mover claimed to be the most affordable option. However, I was so impressed with Entric‘s customer service over the phone that I decided to void my contract with the other business and go with this one. I am so happy I did. Colin and Mark were the movers who helped me; they were super friendly, professional, efficient and took very good care of my furniture and other items. I actually ended up paying less then I would’ve had I stayed with the other business. Thank you Colin and Mark for all of your help. I highly recommend this

These gentlemen are fantastic! They are kind, respectful, hardworking young men who went above and beyond to make our move as easy as possible. Prior to the move we had a phone consult with one of the owners who helped us plan for moving day. He gave us advice on what to pack, what to move ourselves and what they could do to make the process more efficient. On the day of the move, they were on time, got right to work and were so methodical about their process that the move was done in much less time than we had expected. Although they were fast, they did not cut corners or forget the small details
