I purchased a Chevy Equinox last month as a trade in. My Salesman (Shawn P.) was honest and upfront regarding my trade in as well as concerns I had with the first vehicle that I test drove prior to the Equinox. I was a serious customer and called Midway about three times before going over to see the car I wanted. I drove three hours to get to the dealership from my home in Yuma after Thanksgiving dinner after I was assured that the vehicle I wanted was there before they closed and before they opened the next day. Had a car picked out, and deal approved. Than I get a call from someone (that I not was dealing with) telling me the car sold. Whole process was a mess, and now I have run credit but have no car.
Couldn't even get a call back from the sales person that was helping me. Whole process made zero sense, and I'm left with a loss of time and new ding on my credit...

Valentino and everyone else were awesome! They had the exact vehicle that I was looking for and when I scheduled my appointment everything was set up and ready to go upon my arrival. They valued my trade in while I was on my test drive and I was offered a very fair amount for my trade in. The whole process only took a couple of hours and I was done… and down the road in a new vehicle. I’ve had the vehicle close to a month now with no issues what so ever and I just cannot say enough good things about my experience. They will be my go to dealership from here on out.

Terrible time. Brian Doeden lied to me about issues on my brand new 2020 truck to drag out getting it looked at (told head was off due to "double headgasket" but it was never touched nor was it the issue, the GM system proves that, i have screen shots), told to take the truck elsewhere because i couldnt get simple information back, my calls were blocked, and all the while i had no vehicle to drive as there were "no loaners" as i was told (im sure that was a lie too). after a 2 month fight, i finally got my truck back. You want to talk about unprofession conduct and immoral practice

Just purchased a car here, and we absolutely loved the service that Mase Reed (Jay P) gave us! Will definitely recommend him as a salesman! However, they are a dealership so beware of final steps - make sure everything is spoken clearly with you before signing! Ask questions if you need to, we have some extra things we signed up for but WE had to ask questions on how they work, no one explained to us the extra charges nor what exactly is covered under the "warranty". Would've given 5 stars if someone took the time to explain, without us needing to ask so many questions! All in all

A few days ago, my car was taken over to the service center from Bell Road Toyota. I was not informed of this. I had to call and leave a message voicing my displeasure to Hugh before I got a call back. I've called him before and he never returned my call.
I want my car back and This customer service department still has the car but refuses to give me any information or answer or return my calls.
My next step will be going to the BBB and/or something like 3 on your side.

I usually do all mechanical work on my cars myself (I was previously a mechanic), but in the past, when there are things I can't do myself, I have had relatively good luck getting them taken care of by these guys. However, after this experience I will definitely NOT be taking my Yukon there for any more work.

It was bad, I had an early appointment at 9:30 am for an oil change and didn't leave until close to 3pm. The guy completely forgot about my vehicle, not until I got up and ask why was it taking so long for an oil change, was that he looked and finally put it into service. My children were hungry and very upset since we hadn't ate breakfast, it was a very disappointed experience. It wasn't worth my drive. I have a dealer ship 5 min. away from now on they have my business.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. We bought a used car and it was a Lemon!!! In the shop Constantly!!! After the warranty ran out (Gold warranty) forget it, it was all on us. Repairs started to cost more than value of the car.
Went to a different dealership and purchased a Wonderful car and have had No issues!

Midway, as your customer how do you expect me to not be upset when you do not value my time, my car, or my check book?
I've been back three times and every time had issues. The worst part is they are one of the SLOWEST dealer service places I've ever been to. And there is very little communication with the customer. I've had to call and check in after x amount of time.
The only reason I keep using Midway is cause I was talked into a contract for free oil changes and rotations (even though they told me when I bought the car it would cover more, but that's a while different

I over paid for my car. I was way underpaid for the car I traded in. I was charged $2,913 in miscellaneous fees. $1,287 in taxes. none of my fee charges were itemized- I have no idea where this money went towards. Manufactures warranty but not given any paper work on it. When I asked if I can have something that showed the circumstance to my warranty I was told " Just get your oil changed and that's it." I had to call Toyota myself to know my warranty. A good salesman could've, should've, and would've provided

Sadly, you have to go to Yelp to get the truth behind this car dealership because the services they clearly pay for to rate themselves are all 4.9 stars and above.

We had a rather odd experience there yesterday. We are in the market for a used SUV. We test drove one, but it was out of gas so our first experience at this dealership was going to the gas station and filling it up with gas. The salesman didn't seem to listen to what we were interested in, and we left after driving this one vehicle because he was uninterested in hearing anything else that we had to say. I would recommend going somewhere else.
