After listening to our desires and challenges with our backyard, Stacey Werner, came up with a functional and beautiful design within our budget. Kevin Durrell and his installation team implemented the plan with attention to detail and professionalism. Kevin made sure that we were satisfied with layout decisions along the way and thoughtfully addressed questions. The installation team implemented the plan with a high level of expertise, diligence and respect. Tryon Creek Landscape did a fabulous job on the front of my house, and are in the middle of completely overhauling the back yard now as well. They added an irrigation system, new lawn and boulders. Stacey and Kevin (the owners) work together as a team and the crew is awesome. It's fun to watch people walk by now and do double takes when they see the landscaping. Highly recommend.

Kevin gave us a very reasonable quote for our New backyard. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions to help us reach are Goal for a dream backyard. They came in made adjustments to the project as we made changes. He keep a eye on or budget and gave us more than we expected and stayed within budget.

Great team. They had another job get delayed so squeezed in our relatively small residential irrigation project much much sooner than other companies were offering me (a couple weeks vs a couple months). They've made themselves available for texts/calls with questions too and offered advice about winterizing.

Stacy was great initially when I set up time with him to give me a bid on my project. Super receptive. I was late to our appointment but we still spent about 30 minutes walking my property to decide what to do and he said he would have a bid back to me in a week or so. I sent him an email apologizing and with one update. Never got a response. Contacted him two other times to inquire as to when I would get the bid as I had another company waiting to start the project. Tryon was my second bid. Based on my initial meeting with him I really want to do use his company versus the other because of some

We tend to measure our satisfaction with a project on the quality of the output and the responsiveness of the communication. On both criteria Tryon Creek exceeded our expectations. We were always in the loop on the status of the project and the final quality is incredible. They were professional, timely, and engaged from the first estimate all the way through to the end. Our project changed a bit over time (as I'm sure these things typically do) and Tryon Creek was responsive and able to adapt to our new requests and still deliver on time. We simply cannot recommend them highly enough.

Based on a landscape design by Daniel Edwards at Ecotone Environmental Landscape Architects, Stacey and his team of specialists implemented the design in a highly capable manner.
