Good maintenance is a must if you want your driveway and parting lot to Last and look like new. The sealer used is 100% coal tar asphalt sealer that is applied to the surface of asphalt to protect and preserve the integrity of the pavement. Surfaces that remain unprotected will develop hairline cracks which will allow the elements to penetrate the surface of the driveway or parking lot.

Fair price but LOW quality and craftsmanship. Warranty is useless. had issues 2 months after install. Promises made and broken. SLOPPY, SLOPPY, SLOPPY. No respect for my property. No show to fix it, no calls to reschedule, no emails to cancel, nothing. MIA now. 6 month old install that comes up from my simple lawnmower driving on it. Don't ask what a car does to it. Seal job afterwards was worse. Missed areas, dry spots, footprints all in it, cracks not fixed or sealed like promised they would be. Learned a lesson with them. Warranty is only as good as the company giving it. Would not use them
