I had a great experience working with On Temp. Dave and Joe were incredibly professional, responsive, and easy to work with. When there was an issue with a third party contractor to remove my oil tank, they took care of things and made sure I was being treated fairly. I really felt supported by them through the whole process and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dave the dispatcher is professional, friendly and seems generally concerned about the customer. Joe the technician was prompt and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and gave us a couple options on how to move forward. The repairs were done in a timely manner and so far we are completely satisfied. I definitely recommend On-Temp!

We used On-Temp to replace our high efficiency boiler after recommendations from Facebook. So far we are very satisfied with Joe (technician) and Dave (dispatcher). They have answered all our questions and treated is professionally and respectfully. Dave personally went to our home to make some adjustments to our new equipment parameters after it was installed the same day I contacted him. Overall I'd recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC services. My only feedback: maybe if the customer has to wait several weeks, once in a while touch base with them to ensure them everything is still on track

On-Temp was great. Dave the dispatcher was upfront with the cost and helped set up the service. Being able to text pertinent information made contacting very easy. Joe, the tech was very friendly and helpful. He diagnosed the problem and was back the next day to fix, and went above and beyond by not only fixing the issue but simplifying the system to prevent it from happening again. The price was very fair and the service was fantastic.

We went with this company and they explained to us that we could do the ac system first and if we wanted to do the heating system we can wait and get our 1000 dollar rebate back no matter what and all of sudden it’s been excuses on excuses I would never use them again and I don’t believe anyone should use them as well they are scams and tell false information

Joe and On-Temp are world class with their service and support. I had a furnace issue that sprung up right here in the heart of winter. I researched some companies, but after seeing all of the positive reviews for On-Temp and seeing that they were from right here in Taunton, I sent a message this morning.
